Maintenance of infrared dryer: 1. It must be installed by a professional electrician. 2. It is necessary to equip wires and knives with power equivalent to that of the baking machine. 3. The electric heating dryer should be well grounded to ensure safe production. 4. During installation, 6CM2 copper core wire and matching switch circuit should be used. Please connect the red wire to the live wire and the yellow or black wire to the neutral wire.
The far-infrared dryer consists of an oven, a tray, a tea outlet, a blower device, and a heating device.
① Before starting up, check if there are any obstacles in the moving parts and inside the oven (including if there are any hard objects on the hinges).
② Before applying the upper leaves, the infrared dryer oven should be preheated to around 130 ℃.
③ When applying leaves, do not spread thick or empty plates. The thickness of each layer of leaves should be 1.5cm, and thicker plates can be appropriately spread at higher temperatures at the inlet.
Precautions for electric heating dryer:
1. Do not block the exhaust hole on the top of the machine, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the machine.
2. The temperature inside the far-infrared dryer is high, please be careful not to burn when removing items.
When the machine stops using, please unplug the power cord in a timely manner.
